Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can then check the status of your delivery directly with the carrier.

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item if it doesn't suit you (excluding personalized products, subject to our terms and conditions). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange.
